Zeynab SALIOU

My name is Zeynab, born on July 5, 1991. I am the mother of two children aged 6 and 1 and a half, which represent my greatest motivation and the reason why I fight every day. In 2016, I graduated from sewing after several years of apprenticeship. Unfortunately, despite my efforts, I have not managed to find a stable job in this field. Faced with this situation, I decided not to give up and to look for another way to provide for my family. In 2019, I started a small business selling oranges. It was a modest start, but it allowed me to develop my business sense, understand customer needs and gradually save. With a lot of perseverance and thanks to the support of my partner, I managed to reach an important milestone: in 2024, I opened my own fish shop. For me, it was the realization of a dream and the beginning of a real entrepreneurial activity. Today, my fish shop exists and already attracts customers. However, I am facing a major challenge: the lack of resources to properly supply and develop my business. It often happens that customers come to pick up certain products and I cannot satisfy them due to insufficient stock. This situation limits the growth of my business. My goal is to develop my fish shop, improve the supply of fresh and varied products, and make this store a reference in my neighborhood. With support or financing, I could increase my stock, attract more customers and stabilize the revenue of my activity. My journey is that of a courageous woman who refuses to give up despite the difficulties. I am determined to succeed, to offer a better future to my children and to build a sustainable activity that will serve my community.
